We currently offer FREE shipping on ALL orders delivered anywhere in Pakistan. That's right – no minimum order required to enjoy free delivery!

Order Processing

·         Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your order confirmation.

·         If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the following business day.

·         You’ll receive a notification once your order is out the door.

Delivery Time

 Your order is usually delivered within 3-5 business days of dispatch.

Keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and can fluctuate due to:

·         Proximity to remote or rural delivery points.

·         Prevailing weather conditions.

·         National holidays and public holidays.

·         Unexpected delays by the courier service or other external factors.

We do our utmost to meet our delivery timelines, but sometimes, events outside of our control might cause a slight hiccup.

It's FREE! Shipping is on us for all orders delivered within Pakistan.

Once your order is dispatched and a tracking number is available, we’ll share that information with you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Failed Deliveries

 Should a delivery attempt be unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable or provided incorrect delivery details, the courier might re-attempt delivery or return the package.

Please be aware that a second shipment attempt might incur additional charges.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and address the situation promptly.
